1. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and RHEA Genwell (“Developer”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Rhea GCIP application and related electronic medical record (EMR) management system (collectively, the “App”).
- User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy & Zero Tolerance
The App allows users to upload, post, and share content, which may include text, medical timelines, and communications (“User-Generated Content”). We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
There is strictly NO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to:
- Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content regarding religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, or medical status.
- Explicitly sexual or pornographic material.
- Harassment, threats, or bullying against any intended parents, surrogates, or medical professionals.
- Content Filtering and Moderation
All User-Generated Content is subject to strict moderation. We utilize manual pre-moderation and automated systems to screen content before or immediately after publication to prevent objectionable material.
- User Reporting and Blocking Mechanisms
To empower users and ensure safety, the App provides the following mechanisms:
- Flag/Report Content: Users can report inappropriate content using the “Report” feature located next to any published content.
- Block Users: Users can block abusive individuals via the “Block” feature on a user’s profile. Blocking will instantly remove all of the abusive user’s content from your feed and notify our moderation team.
- 24-Hour Action Commitment
Our moderation team monitors the platform and reviews all reports. We guarantee that we will act on all objectionable content reports within 24 hours. Verified violations will result in the immediate removal of the offending content and the permanent ejection of the user who provided it.
- License Grant and Restrictions
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App strictly for facilitating assisted reproductive communications and EMR management in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Medical and Legal Disclaimer

- No Medical Advice
The Rhea GCIP App function strictly as an information management and electronic medical record (EMR) coordination platform designed to facilitate assisted reproductive technology (ART) and surrogacy services. We are a technology provider, not a licensed healthcare facility or medical provider. The content, timelines, guidelines, and materials provided within the App are for informational purposes only and do NOT constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or psychiatric evaluation.
- Physician Consultation Required
All medical procedures, including but not limited to In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), embryo transfers, medications, and surrogate health screenings, must be conducted under the direct supervision of licensed, qualified healthcare professionals. You must always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment plan. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this App.
- No Legal Advice
Surrogacy laws vary significantly by state, country, and jurisdiction. The information provided on this platform does not constitute legal advice. Users are solely responsible for retaining independent legal counsel to ensure that their surrogacy agreements, parental rights, and related activities comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
3. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RHEA Genwell (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards your personal data when you use Rhea GCIP App and our services.

- Sensitive Health Data (EMR): Medical history, fertility treatment records, genetic testing results, psychological evaluations, and surrogate matching criteria.

We use your data strictly to:
- Provide our surrogacy and EMR management services.
- Coordinate with your designated clinics, physicians, and legal representatives.
- Ensure platform security and comply with Apple’s UGC safety guidelines.
- Data Storage, HIPAA Compliance, and Security
We implement enterprise-grade, end-to-end encryption to protect your sensitive health data. Where applicable, our data processing practices align with the standards set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other relevant data protection regulations.
- Account Deletion and Highly-Regulated Industry Retention
You have the right to request the deletion of your account via the App’s settings.
Important Notice Regarding Healthcare Data: Because we operate in a highly-regulated medical and assisted reproduction industry, complete immediate deletion of all data may not be legally permissible. Upon initiating account deletion, your social and non-essential profile data will be permanently erased. However, we are legally and ethically obligated to retain certain electronic medical records, legal consents, and transaction histories for a statutory retention period. During this period, your medical data will be securely archived, encrypted, and inaccessible to general users.

4. Terms of Service

We provide a digital platform intended to streamline communication, document management, and EMR tracking for individuals undergoing surrogacy, IVF, and other assisted reproductive journeys.
- User Eligibility and Conduct
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, particularly regarding medical history and legal identity. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any international or local surrogacy laws.
- Account Deletion and Medical Record Retention
Users may initiate account deletion at any time. However, users acknowledge that due to the highly-regulated nature of assisted reproduction, certain medical records and legal agreements may be retained in a secure, archived state to comply with healthcare regulations and legal mandates, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
- Intellectual Property
The platform’s proprietary software, design, and operational manuals are the intellectual property of RHEA Genwell. You may not duplicate, reverse-engineer, or distribute our platform’s code or interface.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform, any medical outcomes of your ART procedures, or any legal disputes arising from your surrogacy arrangements. Your reliance on any information provided by the App is solely at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of RHEA Genwell, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
