Initial Application & Contact
After you complete the application, a coordinator reaches out to review your details, explain the process, and answer your questions.
Surrogate Profile Questionnaire
You’ll tell us more about yourself and your family. This helps us know you better and builds the confidential profile shared with intended parents.
Medical Records Review
Our fertility specialists review records from your most recent pregnancy to confirm you’re medically ready for surrogacy.
IVF Clinic Medical Screening
You’ll complete a physical exam, bloodwork, infectious-disease and prenatal testing, a drug screen, and an ultrasound.
Genetic & Wellness Screening
Our science-led screening adds another layer of care that supports the healthiest possible match and journey.
Psychological Screening
You’ll meet with a licensed psychologist to ensure you feel mentally and emotionally prepared for the journey ahead.
Matching & Contract
Once approved, you’ll review intended parent profiles before a match meeting, then enter a legal contract represented by an attorney.
In Vitro Fertilization
You’ll begin fertility medications to prepare for embryo transfer, with every milestone visible in the RHEA platform.
Pregnancy & Delivery
After transfer and your first ultrasound, you’ll transition to your own OB/GYN and continue with our maternal and wellness support through delivery.
